It’s been a whirlwind couple of weeks since we have moved into our new home. I have been so busy trying to set up the house the best I can, chasing Everly around, and feeling VERY pregnant as I’m in my ninth month. We actually asked Jamie’s Mum to come and help us earlier than expected, as I have been struggling with the day to day stuff. Bending over is a task lately. I could not be more grateful for her help!!
I never did a maternity shoot with Everly, but I promised myself I would do one for this baby girl. Since we are now located in a beautiful new community, I thought it would be fun to have pictures done at one of the local farms. We picked a local family farm called Taves Family Farms. It was a sunny afternoon and Everly loved seeing all the animals, trying the incredible apple cider and carrying around the apples we picked. There is so much to explore at Taves Family Farms!
As of today, I’m just over two weeks away from my C-section and I can’t wait. I keep thinking about Everly meeting her sister for the first time and seeing Jamie hold our new daughter and his response to this amazing little human we created together. I can’t wait to see what sort of personality she will have and how will it change our soon to be family of four. It makes all the last month aches and pains go away when I think about all of these things!
As we wait for our new sweet girl to make her entrance in the world, I feel so grateful for this next chapter in our lives
